- Waschmaschine vorhanden, 2 Kühlschränke + 1 zusätzlicher Gefrierschrank

Die Wohnung liegt im aufregenden und kultigen Stuttgarter Westen:
- ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Gerber und vom Rotebühlplatz entfernt, also ganz in der Nähe vom Partyviertel (wenn denn endlich Corona mal vorbei ist...)
- Du findest in der Gegend tolle Kneipen, Fitnessbuden und natürlich Supermärkte
- 5 Min. bis zur S-Bahnhaltestelle Feuersee. Von dort ist z.B. die Uni in Vaihingen nur zwei Stationen entfernt, genauso wie der Hauptbahnhof
- Die schöne Karlshöhe ist direkt um die Ecke. Dort kann man besonders im Sommer die Aussicht über Stuttgart genießen, in den Biergarten gehen, grillen oder einfach nur in der Wiese liegen
Also die Wohnung ist wirklich im Herzen von Stuttgart.
Wir gehen gerne mal am Wochenende feiern oder unternehmen auch so mal was. Natürlich hat jeder seine eigenen Freiheiten, Ruhe und freie Zeit für sich. Wichtig sind Sauberkeit, Rücksicht, Sozialkompetenz, Aufgeschlossenheit und Spaß an Partys und Events. Nach einem Arbeitstag sitzen wir auch gerne mal so zusammen, gehen am Wochenende in der Stadt ein Bier trinken, sehen und ab und zu einen Film an und feiern hin und wieder mal eine WG-Party. - Wir sind keine Zweck-WG (Kosten sparen steht an zweiter Stelle)! Wir haben eine Putzfrau (in der Warmmiete schon enthalten!).
Wir suchen jmd. der nicht raucht, sauber und freundlich ist.

Hey! If you are looking for a central located flat sharing room in Stuttgart, our apparment could be just the right one for you. The location is perfect: Near to the Feuersee & Karlshöhe and nevertheless it's very quiete!

The apparment is located in the exiting and iconic western part of Stuttgart:
- approx. 5 minutes walking minutes to the shopping mall Gerber & the square Rotebühlplatz, close to the party quarter
- you can find great pubs, fintess gyms and of course supermarktes in the area
- approx. 5 minutes to the train station Feuersee. The University at Vaihingen is two stations away, just as the main train station
- approx. 2 minutes to different bus routes
- the beautiful hill Karlshöhe is directly around the corner. You can enjoy the view on Stuttgart there especially in the summer, enjoying some beer in the beer garden, having barbeque or just lying down on the meadow
As you can see the appartment is really in the heart of Stuttgart!
We like to go outside for having partys at the weekends or undertaking something else. Nevertheless everyone has its own freedom, rest and time for him-/her-self. Cleanness, consideration, open-mindedness and having fun at partys and events are important for us. We like sitting together after working days, going outside for drinking a beer on weekends, looking movies or series from time to time and having flat-sharing partys sometimes.
We are not a communal flat-sharing (saving costs is secondary)! We also have a cleaning lady (which is already included in the monthly rental fee).
We are looking for someone who isn't smoking and who is social and friendly.
