There is a 1.40 large bed, a 4 door wardrobe, a 3 couch with table and armchair to relax, an impressive massive chandelier and parquet floor.
The furniture is a mix of vintage and modern. It is comfortably furnished with plants, pictures and curtains.
The specified price refers to the occupancy with 1 person, but can also be rented by a couple or good friends for a small surcharge.

There is a sports club, a 'trimme' path and is ideal for jogging and walking. There are also two horse clubs and a tennis club nearby.
The Bismarck Tower, Killesberg Park, as well as other near recreation areas are easy to reach by bike... A Waldorf school is also nearby.
The walkway to the stop is 3 minutes, the bus number 40 runs in
10 minutes bus ride to the main railway station. From there, there is a good connection to all S and subways.
The motorways are also very easy to reach.
At the corner there is a small shopping shop, more shopping possibilities as well as post office, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy etc are at Hölderlin Square and the surrounding area.
