We rent our free room from 01.02.2025, limited until autumn 2025. We are flexible in terms of rental time, it can only be for a shorter period.

The apartment is located on the top floor and has a really great view over Stuttgart - our personal highlight of the apartment :D

The room is nicely bright, quiet (to the courtyard side) and fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, dresser). We use the fully equipped kitchen, washing machine+dryer and the cozy living/dining room.

The hot rent includes all additional costs such as electricity, water, Internet, GEZ, etc. The good thing is that no one has to get angry about a cleaning plan

The apartment is located in the beautiful Stuttgarter Westen, quietly located and yet very centrally near the Feuersee with very good connection to the Öffis:

Ubahn: Schloss-/Johannesstr.
S-Bahn: Feuersee
Bus: various

...or you just take a walk to the city centre (under 10 minutes walk).

Whether cozy evenings on the balcony overlooking the city, interesting conversations about God and the world (even with a glass of wine or beer in hand) or joint excursions into our "Stammkneipe" fish laboratory or the Karlshöhe beer garden - we never get bored.

Of course we also respect privacy: If you need some rest, you get it. In summer we travel a lot, but when we are there, we look forward to new roommates who enrich our WG lives. Sounds good? Then just call us!
