We (Hannes L., Hannes G. and Laura) founded this WG at the beginning of 2020 and have always lived here. We already had three times someone to rent out here, as we all did a semester abroad in the Bachelor - which worked great. Hannes L. & Laura is now studying abroad.

The room is about 17m2 large and bright and heated, all the furniture of Laura stay in it and you could use everything if you want and you regularly pour her plants for it :)
The kitchen is spacious and leads to a great balcony where you can grill on beautiful summer evenings and savour a beer.

wir (Hannes L., Hannes G. und Laura) haben Anfang 2020 diese WG gegründet und seit dem immer hier gewohnt. Wir hatten schon drei mal Jemanden zur Zwischenmiete hier, da wir alle ein Auslandssemester im Bachelor gemacht haben - was super geklappt hat. Hannes L. & Laura machen nun ein Auslandsemester im Masterstudium.
Deshalb suchen wir Jemanden der in Lauras Zimmer zieht! Ab März :)
Hannes G. bleibt in der Wohnung wohnen, er ist Vollzeit beschäftigt als Innenarchitekt in Stuttgart.

Die Wohnung liegt weit oben im Haus, deshalb sollte es dir nichts ausmachen Stufen zu laufen!
Apropo Laufen, die HfT ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso das Bosch Areal, in dem super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auf dich warten! Wir haben auch zwei Italienische Restaurants direkt unten an der Straße, bei denen wir oft selber Pizza holen.
Zur U-Bahnhaltestelle Hölderlinplatz muss man auch nur 4 Minuten laufen.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 17m2 groß und hell und beheizt, alle Möbel von Laura bleiben drin und du könntest alles benutzen, wenn du möchtest und du dafür ihre Pflanzen regelmäßig gießt :)
Die Küche ist geräumig und führt zu einem großartigen Balkon auf dem man an schönen Sommerabenden grillen und noch ein Bierchen zischen kann.
Das Bad ist groß und hat eine Waschmaschine, was will man mehr?
Dazu gibt es noch eine Abstellkammer, das heißt für Ordnung ist immer gesorgt!
Falls du viel Gerümpel mitbringst, haben wir auch einen großen Kellerraum.

Hannes G. (wohnt in Zukunft direkt neben deinem Zimmer) und Laura, haben beide Innenarchitektur an der HfT studiert. Hannes L. studiert Textildesign an der Akademie der Künste und wohnt in dem Zimmer direkt neben der Küche.
Wir sind 24&25 Jahre alt :)
Was wir mögen:
Obviously mögen wir Ordnung und ein zumutbares Maß an Sauberkeit so,
dass nach dem Kochen aufgeräumt wird.
Kochen tun wir übrigens auch sehr gern zusammen!
Wir hören gern Musik schauen gerne filme usw. wie eigentlich jeder Mensch.
Natürlich mögen wir auch Alkohol, wie jeder vernünftige Student.
Außerdem mach wir ab und zu Sport.
