Hello dear WG seekers,
there is a unique opportunity to move into my beautiful WG room in Stuttgart West!
The bright room has a size of about 15 sqm and the entire house has been renovated a few years ago, so the apartment is modern and in good condition.
Especially beautiful at the room is the large window shelf. Perfect to create books and candles. I always loved her very much & she gives the room a very pleasant vibe ☺️
The room also looks really big through the 2 windows and the roof slope is so cut that it doesn't even fit the room.
Our WG has four rooms, each of which is inhabited by one of the lovely roommates.
We also have a crisp kitchen incl. Dishwasher, a bathroom and a separate toilet – both with daylight.
A washing machine is available and a cellar compartment is also included in the apartment.
Since we bought a new washing machine only a three-quarter year ago, here is a discount payment of 90 € due (but you will get back as soon as you withdraw).
Otherwise there'll be more. 30€ monthly for internet and electricity and every couple of months GEZ. We are currently looking for new suppliers, so this will soon be cheaper failures.

The apartment is located in the beautiful Stuttgart west with a great view, is located close to the centre and at the same time offers the proximity to the Kräherwald, where you can enjoy excellent sports. Public transport can be reached within 5-10 minutes.
The city center is also walking in approx. 25 minutes to reach. In contrast to large parts in the west, the parking situation is very relaxed. Although local parks are valid, we never have a problem finding a parking lot in front of the house.
The location is extremely quiet and lies in the middle of a residential area. You see a lot of families and you don't hear traffic, because there's only a car going by. I've always felt very safe in this area as a woman.
At the moment my 3 great roommates Samuel, Maya and Marvin live here with me. Common leisure activities are so often time allowed. We've never been a purpose WG and don't want to be.
Nevertheless, there is never compulsion to spend time together. So you have company, but still a lot of privacy and tranquility. Especially when you are working, this is a huge win:)

Marvin, Samuel and Maya are your three new, open-minded and helpful roommates.
Samuel works at Porsche and is our party mouse in the WG. If you like to celebrate until the morning, you will always be able to join Samuel :).
Maya is currently studying media at HdM in Stuttgart in the 6th semester. In addition to studying, she works at the cinema and at the SWR. In her free tea she makes cheerleading and is also active as a coach, she likes to meet with friends, goes a lot on concerts and to the gym.
Marvin studies architecture and is our calm soul in the WG. In addition to FRIENDS, he was looking for tango dance at the university.
I leave my WG now because I move into my first own apartment.
