The room is for rent for a girl or woman for max. 1 months starting as early as 01.December 2024 or ending maximum 01.January , 2025 . No renewal is possible. The Deposit is paid at the end of the term (anything broken gets deducted). It is partially furnished (Bed, Chair and Desk). This is all included price: room, furniture rent, electricity, water, heating, internet, bathroom and kitchen … deep cleaning articles may be used to clean at no cost, but there is a 30 Euro fee at end for cleaning costs e.g. the sheets and the towel, etc.

This is a top neighbourhood (Hasenberg) in Stuttgart West. We have ALDI, Rewe, OBI and Lidl, as well as Edeka nearby. The bus stop is 3 min away. Schwabstrasse Sbahn Stop is 10 min walking distance. Gym, Coffee-shop, Dance Studio, Gas station, Pharmacy all at short distance. Stadtmitte in 5 min, Uni in 10 min, Airport in 20 min.

I don't fancy things quite nor dull, so I confess I sing in the shower and I am bit noisy playing loud rock or punk here and there. Expect a noise from 6 am as I vaccum every day. Otherwise it is quite life.

You must show proof of Personal Liability Insurance. There is a possibility to see the house via videocall and in person. No visitors to keep company at night. I do home office so in the day we need to keep the environment professional from 8-17 ;)
