I offer this beautiful room for rent of 6 months, if you are interested in staying longer, write to me, then it would also be possible to take over the room :)
The apartment is located on the third floor and the room is rented furnished. There is a bed, a nightstand, a dresser, a mirror, a desk, a chair, a TV cabinet, a wardrobe and a stool with storage room in the room. Common rooms include a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, two washbasin and toilet, as well as an additional guest toilet. In the kitchen there is a table where we like to sit together at night, and there are two refrigerators.
The location of the WG is ideal for interns at Porsche, but also other companies such as Bosch, Trumpf and Mahle can be reached quickly. The U Bahn Station “Wimpfener Straße” is just a 2-minute walk away and the railways run regularly and on time all day, even if the Deutsche Bahn strikes:)
In 5 minutes you can reach a bus stop, the bus takes you to the S-Bahn station, otherwise you can reach it in a 15-minute walk.
The house has its own parking lot behind the house, it can be used for free and it is usually always a place free.
Shops are available near Edeka and Lidl. After two subway stations you will also find Rewe, Action, Doctors and Hairdressers. An aldi is not far.
If you move in with us, you will live with Eva, Lilli, Vanessa, Larissa and Ursula. Living together in the WG is harmonious and laid we meet in the kitchen in the evening or do something together. Since we work or study full-time, however, everyone focuses mainly on his own life. We are therefore not typical student WG or party WG and place great value on calm and cleanliness.
