APARTMENT:
3rd floor apartment in an old building. We have a large Balcony and kitchen. bathroom with shower and a separate toilet and finally a large living room with sofa and dining area. All living spaces come fully furnished.

ROOM:
In the 15m2 bedroom will be x1 bed (you will need to bring your own mattress) everything else in the picture will be removed.

LOCATION:
Located 2 minutes from the U-Bahn station arndt-/spitta strasse in the lovely Stuttgart west area. We are just 15 minutes from Stuttgart HBF by public transport. The area boasts great coffee shops, restaurants and bars along with 4 large supermarkets all within 15 minutes walk. From Here you can easily get out into the beautiful nature that surrounds stuttgart for cycling, running and hiking.

FLATMATE:
As main tenant i am only here 3 nights per week and would be looking for someone to take over the largest room. I work in Metzingen as a Designer but spend most of my weekends in Berlin with my wife. You will have the apartment to your self over 50% of the time. I am looking for someone who can enjoy the space and make the most of it.

RENT:
The rent is inclusive of all bills. TV license, internet, Gas, Electricity, Water, etc.
