Hello future roommate/future roommate,
Since I (Franzi) will move to Munich in February after my university degree, my beloved room is released for the last 7 years!
In the costs (590 €) everything is included (rents, additional costs, Internet, electricity, GEZ, ...), i.e. no unexpected costs for you 💸😎
The room has a size of 17 square meters, two large windows (so it is always bright in my room) and a parquet floor. Maybe I'll leave some furniture in the room. This can be discussed in detail. At the moment I could imagine various shelves, as well as the huge PAX wardrobe!
Since our WG has a proper plant collection, a green thumb of you is definitely a plus point 🌱😄
The apartment was refurbished in 2017 and refurbished as WG. The apartment includes a large hallway, a spacious very well-equipped kitchen (incl. fitted kitchen and dishwasher as well as two refrigerators) with loggia and pallet sofa, two bathrooms each with toilet and shower as well as a large cellar room and a laundry room with own washing machine. Since we have purchased a large part of the furniture themselves, they have always been properly maintained and are in a top condition.
You live here centrally and have the best transportation and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity (subway/bus 5 min walk, S-Bahn 7 min walk and only one station distance from Hbf, Carré with Kaufland, Lidl, Müller, H&M, Action and Döner, Burger King, Subway, ... 5 min walk). Several parks including beer garden, as well as the water and the Neckar are within walking distance in 10-20 minutes.
Your roommates will be Jule, Lea and Iara:
Jule (25), comes from Münster (which in Westfalen) and works in Waiblingen as an event manager. Mag Dinos, wine, good music and tries to keep their plants alive with Leas help.
Lea (34), works in controlling, likes sports, espresso Martinis in love with God and dances, among other things, Dancehall.
Iara (23), is freshly incorporated into the WG and has recently been working with a contact lens institute.
