Durch einen längeren Auslandsaufenthalt. Sucht dieses Zimmer für den Zeitraum des 06.12 bis zum 30.4. einen neuen Zwischenmieter.
Bezüglich Einzug und auszugstermin besteht Felxibilität
Das Zimmer hat ca. 19m².
Das Fenster geht zum Balkon raus.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert. (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank Regal etc.) Persönliche Dinge werden noch rausgeräumt.
Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 gleich große Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, vollausgestattete Küche, Bad mit Badewanne und seperates WC Dazukommt noch ein großer Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und in weniger als 5 Minuten Umgebung gibt es Supermärkte und eine Bahnhaltestelle. (Olgaeck)
In ca. 10 min ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt.
Wie kommen wir zusammen?
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer und Balkon. Da ist es eine verschwendung diese nicht zu nutzen. 1-2 Feierabenddrinks oder auch der Startpunkt für einen Abend in der Stadt ist. Die Möglichkeiten sind da.
Am besten ist es jedoch wir lernen uns einmal kennen.
