In unserer Wohnung im Eisenauer Weg in Stuttgart-Büsnau ist ab sofort ein Zimmer frei. Es handelt sich um eine 3er-WG im 1. OG mit einer Wohnfläche von ca. 120 m². Das Zimmer ist neu möbliert und verfügt über einen hochwertigen Laminatboden. Die Nebenkosten inklusive Internetanschluss belaufen sich auf 150€ pro Mieter.
Im 1. OG stehen zwei Bäder zur Verfügung, während sich die Küche im Erdgeschoss befindet. Die Küche verfügt über eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine ist im Keller vorhanden. Die Nutzung des großen Gartens und der Terrasse ist ebenfalls möglich. Aktuell wohnen zwei freundliche Doktoranden in der WG.

In our flat on Eisenauer Weg in Stuttgart-Büsnau, a room is now available. It is a shared 3-person apartment on the 1st floor with a living area of approximately 120 m². The room is newly furnished and features high-quality laminate flooring. The additional costs, including internet access, amount to €150 per tenant.
There are two bathrooms available on the 1st floor, while the kitchen is located on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, and a washing machine is available in the basement. Use of the large garden and terrace is also possible. Currently, two friendly doctoral students live in the shared apartment.

Der Büsnauer Platz mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einer Bushaltestelle ist ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Von dort aus erreichen Sie die Universität mit dem Bus in nur 7 Minuten oder den Bahnhof Vaihingen in 12 Minuten. Das Max-Planck-Institut ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
