Auf Wunsch unmöbliert oder möbiliert (mit Bett ohne Bettwäsche, Schrank, Regal, Tisch, Stuhl) wie auf Foto.

Die Wohnung ist nahe des Parks 3 Min.
Zur U-Bahn-Haltestelle sind es auch 3 Minuten und zum Hauptbahnhof 7 Min.
In unmittelbarer Nähe sind eine Bäckerei, ein kleiner Laden mit Lebensmittel, ein "Kebab" und ein Cafe.
Zum Edeka, Penny, Bio-Laden sind es ca 10 - 15 Min.
Nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Man kann bei offenen Fenster schlafen.

Zur Innenstadt / Kneipen / Bar / Lounges sind es 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

Steffen (Anfang 30) macht seine Doktorarbeit und ist an manchen Wochenenden in seiner Heimatstadt München.
Ich (Mitte 50) bin berufstätig und arbeite zu 50% im Homeoffice in Oberschwaben. Ich bin ca nur jede zweite Woche in der Wohnung.
Die WG ist also kein Familienersatz mit vielen gemeinsamen Unternehmungen, sondern eher wenigen. Dafür ist es ein ruhiger und sauberer Rückzugsort.
Es ist wie eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit Gesellschaft light.
