Hey,

ich vermiete mein geliebtes WG-Zimmer im Straußäcker 2 Wohnheim für 6 Monate.
Das Zimmer ist geräumig und voll möbliert. Es gibt ein Bett, einen Schrank, einen Schreibtisch und mein Nachtkästchen würde ich auch da lassen :)

Die Küche ist groß und hat alles was man braucht. Es gibt außerdem ein großes Fenster wodurch viel Tageslicht reinkommt. Wir haben zwei Bäder, das Bad teilt ihr euch also mit nur einem Mitbewohner.

Sonstige Infos:
Die Wohnung kann nur an Studenten vermietet werden, ihr müsst also eine gültige Immatrikulationsbescheinigung haben. Für die Benutzung des W-Lans würde außerdem eine einmalige Zahlung von 30 Euro anfallen.

Ihr wohnt direkt auf dem Campus Vaihingen und seid in einer Minute an der HdM und in 5 Minuten an der Universität Stuttgart.

Wir sind eine eher ruhige WG. Gelegentlich trifft man sich in der Küche und unterhält sich oder wir spielen zusammen FIFA :) Jeder respektiert die Privatsphäre des anderen.
