Das Zimmer hat eine gute Grundausstattung (Bett mit Stauraum darunter, Regal, Schrank und einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl). Mit den 13 m^2 bin ich persönlich gut klar gekommen.
Es ist in der Nähe von Stökach gelegen, zu Fuß braucht man etwa 5 min von der Wohnungstür bis zur naheliegensten U-Bahn Station. Da das Wohnheim direkt am Park liegt dauert es etwa 2 min in den Park selbst, knappe 10-15 min zu Fuß bis zum Hauptbahnhof.
In der WG befinden sich zurzeit ein Mitbewohner und zwei Mitbewohnerinnen. Es sind sehr nette und gesprächige Personen, mit denen man gut etwas unternehmen kann, allerdings geben sie einem auch genügend Privatsphäre und Abstand, wenn man das möchte. Öfter haben wir auch abends zusammen diverse Sachen unternommen, von gemeinsam Kochen über Brettspielabende bis hin zu Beerpong-Turnieren.
Theoretisch sollte es noch eine dritte Mitbewohnerin geben, allerdings wurde diese schon seit einem halben Jahr nicht mehr gesehen (ihr Zimmer ist jetzt eine inoffizielle Abstellkammer).
Wenn du Interesse hast, solltest du vorzugsweise an einer Uni eingeschrieben sein und halbwegs ins Alter der WG passen. :)
