Hello her room seeker,

I (Annika) pull out in early February and therefore a WG room will be released from 02.02.2025 in our beautiful 4th WG at Pragfriedhof. The room is about 12 square meters tall with laminate floor, radiator and large window. The window can be completely darkened with external roller shutters.
The WG is in the 3rd OG and has a large, bright living room where you can sit together well together. We also have a balcony on which it is always sunny. There is also a bathroom with 2 showers, 2 sinks and a toilet and an additional guest toilet as well as a storage room. The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need: stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, 2 refrigerators, pots etc. The apartment also includes a storage room in the basement and a bicycle cellar.

Location
We live in the north of Stuttgart on the border to Mitte directly at the U-Bahn stop Mittnachtstraße. The main railway station is 5 minutes away, but you can also walk to the S-Bahn station Nordbahnhof in about 10 minutes. Various supermarkets (Norma, Lidl, Edeka) as well as kiosk and package delivery sites are also right around the corner. Milaneo Shopping Centre is a stop by metro or a 10-minute walk away, there are other shopping facilities. Also the car halls are right around the corner and to the large Rosenstein park you need only 5 minutes if you jog. With the Pragfriedhof and the Rosensteinpark, the area here is green and quite quiet, as there are no large streets nearby. Nevertheless, the WG is in a central location with which you can easily reach everything.

WG life
Our WG life is very loose and characterized by a cozy coexistence. Your future roommates are Julia(does an internship just as part of their master's degree and can otherwise be found outside in parks, museums and cafés), Björn (???) and Samuel (writes his master's thesis, likes to go to the fitness or is on the move in the city). Our daily routines are quite similar. During the day we are usually on the go in university or at work. But that's why there's always someone in the evening to meet for dinner to talk about the day, etc. Great plus is our very cozy and especially large living room with adjoining balcony.
We currently have a cleaning plan with the app flatastic. Of course you can always invite friends or family, here are all welcome :)

Sonstiges
Unsere Spülmaschine ist ganz neu. Wir haben sie erst Mitte Dezember gekauft. Für diese Spülmaschine hätte ich gerne wieder das Geld, dass ich anteilig bezahlt habe als Ablöse dafür.
