Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und wird auch so übergeben. Die Möbel sind so zu hinterlassen wie sie übergeben wurden, ansonsten wird der entsprechende Betrag von der Kaution abgezogen. Bei Verschmutzung wird eine Pauschale von 50€ von der Kaution abgezogen.
Die Miete wird pauschal abgerechnet, es gibt also keine Nebenkostenabrechnung. Internet und Rundfunkbeitrag sind mit inbegriffen.
Die WG liegt im Dachgeschoss des Hauses in Stuttgart Gablenberg. Unten gibt es eine Pizzaria und gleich nebenan gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, um entspannt in die Innenstadt oder zum Hauptbahnhof in Stuttgart zu fahren. Es gibt einen Supermarkt, Apotheke uvm. direkt in der Nähe der WG.
Wir sind alle gute Freunde in der WG und Unternehmen gelegentlich etwas zusammen. Wir veranstalten auch Spieleabende oder auch mal kleine WG-Partys, die wir zusammen planen.
Wir suchen hauptsächlich Studenten, die ein Zimmer für ein Semester in Stuttgart brauchen. Aber jeder hat die Chance sich zu bewerben 🙌🏻
