The available room has a window facing East and gets lovely morning sun. The room is furnished and there is a bed, desk with chair, and large wardrobe, as well as a cupboard with drawers.
The rest of the flat features these shared spaces: a living / dining room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and a balcony. A private cellar space is also available in the building.
The living room has large windows letting in sun light both in the morning as well as in the afternoon. The dining table, together with the sofabed and a minibar make it a comfortable space to enjoy WG life + occasional friends visiting for dinner or a movie evening. From the living room you can also access the balcony where you can enjoy a barbecue and the view to the green inner court.
Kitchen is also naturally lit through a window facing the balcony and is fully equipped with all the essentials, including stove+oven, dishwasher, fridge, cupboards and dishware.
The local area is great with everything you need to live a happy and healthy life. There are several supermarkets (Rewe, Lidl, Cap, BioMarkt, Netto) U-Bahn (U4) / Bus stations (40, 41, 42), restaurants and bars - all within walking distance (10 minutes or less). City center and Main Train Station can also be reached within 10 minutes.
We are Florin 33 (m) and Ashleigh 36 (m) and both work for a software company in Stuttgart.
We are tidy and friendly people who are seeking a housemate to fill the third bedroom in our flatshare / WG.
We both like doing sports like cycling or running or gym and to socialise over dinner and a drink during the week and on the weekends with friends.
