In unserer 3er WG wird im November ein Zimmer frei, zunächst für einen Monat. Falls das Zusammenleben aber harmonisch ist, könntest du ab Januar auch langfristig in dem Zimmer bleiben.

Das Zimmer ist gemütlich, hell und mit dem wichtigsten ausgestattet.

Für die Möbel und Utensilien im Zimmer und der Küche wird eine Kaution von 150 € verrechnet.

Die S-Bahn Station Zuffenhausen ist keine 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Dort befindet sich auch ein Rewe. Mit der S-Bahn bist du innerhalb von 15 Minuten am Stuttgarter Hauptbahnhof.

Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker Apotheken, Edeka etc. sind ebenfalls in 3-10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Ebenso die U-Bahn Haltestellen Kirchtalstraße und Kelterplatz.

Du würdest mit zwei Mitbewohnerinnen, Alina und Elena, die WG teilen. Beide arbeiten beruflich als Tänzerinnen und Tanzlehrerinnen und sind deshalb häufig abends in Tanzschulen unterwegs. Einen typischen Arbeitsalltag gibt es demnach nicht.

Uns ist wichtig, dass innerhalb der WG eine harmonische Stimmung herrscht und man ab und an gemeinsame Abende in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon verbringen kann. Eine offene Kommunikation ist erwünscht, sowie rotierendes Putzen, ein respektvoller Umgang etc. Es handelt sich nicht um eine Zweck-WG!
