Das Zimmer ist 13qm groß und verfügt über einen wohnlichen Echtholz-Parkettboden. Es hat ein großes Fenster nach Norden und ist zudem gut geschnitten. Bei den 355€ handelt es sich um die Warmmiete inkl. Internet und WG-Kasse.
Zu unserer WG gehören zudem ein großes Bad mit zwei Waschbecken und Badewanne, ein separates WC, sowie einen großen Flur. Zudem ist eine große Küche mit Esstisch und Sofa vorhanden, welche auch als Wohnzimmerersatz dient.

Zudem würde unsere Mitbewohnerin Aylin das Bett inkl. Matratze (IKEA) und den Kleiderschrank (IKEA) gegen eine kleine Ablöse zur Übernahme anbieten.

The apartment is about 1-2 minutes' walk to the Augsburger Platz stop, from where you have ideal connection to the U1 and U13 lines. With these you will get to the city centre in about 15 minutes. Alternatively, the S-Bahn station Nuremberger Straße is about a 5-minute walk away. From here you only need 7 minutes to the main railway station.
In the immediate vicinity there are also plenty of shops of daily need such as a pharmacy, penny, net, BW bank. The Cannstatter Carre, which can be reached with the Ubahn in 4 minutes, is available for larger orders.
The apartment is also in the immediate vicinity of the spa park, in which you can spend time well in summer.

Hallo Ihr Lieben,
leider steht bei einer unserer Mitbewohnerin in nächster Zeit eine Veränderung an. Deshalb wird dieses Zimmer frei. Wir sind Teresa, Anita, Richard und Nils.
Für das Zimmer suchen wir ab 01. Februar 2025 eine neue Mitbewohnerin, die bei uns einzieht. Hier sind wir aber flexibel, weshalb ein Einzug im März ebenfalls möglich wäre.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und suchen nun Ersatz für unsere kleine Familie. Wir unternehmen gerne etwas gemeinsam und sitzen oft zusammen in der Küche. Trotzdem hat hier jeder seinen Freiraum, sodass es immer lustig und heiter bei uns zugeht. Wenn du also nicht an einem aktiven WG-Leben interessiert bist, dann bist du bei uns leider an der falschen Adresse.
