Hey dear room seeker,
since my internship is over and I unfortunately have to move away again from the 1st April 2025 my beautiful room available. I felt very comfortable here.
The room is about 12 sqm, fully furnished & ideal for comfortable living.
The furniture ( 1.40 m bed and desk) are almost perfectly tailored to the room. The cool on the room is a small room (also with a dresser and mirror), i.e. a walk-in wardrobe that is used for clothes, bags, etc. - like 2 rooms in one.
You also have another cabinet, completely integrated into the wall - so much.
In the pictures you see what my room looks like.
Since the furniture is in very good condition, I would like to have something for it.
The rent is 445.00 - here is garbage, water, insurance, etc.
We still pay about 40,00 EUR for gas and electricity and fast internet - total 490.00 Eur - then everything is in there.
Location:
The WG is located in a house where many WGs are. - the community is open to new - if you want, you can get to know more people quickly.
We share a large garden where you can park your bike or grill in summer.
Our own washing machine is in the basement. You can find a parking lot either in our street or in the side street.
Shopping:
For shopping, you have everything you need daily, so very convenient location. The baker, pharmacy, butcher and vegetable shop are right around the corner.
Kaufland, Lidl Aldi, dm can be reached in 5-10.Min on foot or bicycle.
S-Bahn line S1,S2,S3 is available in 6 minutes. To the campus there are 5 min, to the city 12 min by train.
So really a perfect location.
WG life:
In our WG you can enjoy a harmonious and fun living with friendly and open-minded roommates. We enjoy spending occasional cozy evenings.
You'd live with Niklas, Tobi, Jack and Fabian. Niklas & Tobi and Jack study, Fabian works full-time.
Overall, we are a good mix, making life relaxed in the WG.
