Das Zimmer selbst ist ca. 16m^2 groß. Das Zimmer hat vorhandene Möbel in gebrauchtem Zustand, bis auf Bürostuhl ist alles Nötige da (Bilder beachten!!). Falls die Sachen nicht übernommen werden, kann ich diese vor Umzug noch entsorgen. Besonderheit des Zimmers ist ein eigener Eingang direkt von der Straße! Ihr werdet euch die Wohnung mit Maji und Michael teilen.
In dem Preis mit Nebenkosten (470€) sind alle Kosten enthalten, inkl. Strom, Gas, Internet und GEZ.
