Small room, ideal for a student or new arrival. Faces away from the street, so less noise from the road. Shared bathroom with 2 others: shower, bathtub, washing machine.

Large kitchen and living room, ideal for hosting dinners. Roof access for nice weather months.

The room is available for move-in from mid November.

Extremely good location, less than 5min walking from Schwabstrasse S-Bahn station, bus connection outside the door, close to Erwin-Schottle Platz U-Bahn station. Rewe, Edeka and Penny within easy walking distance.

The apartment has two cellar rooms with plenty of space for storing things, and the building has a bike cellar.

The apartment is on the top floor with no elevator, so unfortunately this is not the right apartment for someone with mobility issues.

We are an international group who enjoy cooking, board games, and outdoor activities. We are two americans (married, one architect and one transportation planner, both nearly 30), one Romanian (Architect, Master's student, 27), and one Colombian (Architect, 34).

We are looking for someone clean, friendly, and with experience living on their own. We like to have some social life but aren't looking for a party animal (or a regular animal, no pets for allergy reasons). Strictly no smoking.
