Die Wohnung besteht aus drei ca. gleich großen Zimmern (20qm) und einer ebenfalls großen Küche mit Balkon.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Ofen, Herd, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank-Kombo, und diverse Geräte wie Wasserkocher, Geschirr usw.
Internet kommt über den Kabelanschluss, Warmwasser wird mit Gas geheizt.
Das Zimmer liegt zur begrünten Hofseite (Morgensonne, sehr ruhig) hat eine hohe Decke und Holzboden.
Bett und Kleiderschrank können übernommen werden wenn gewünscht aber eine kleine Ablöse möchte ich dafür noch haben (beides erst 2023 neu gekauft)

Bewohner sind Raj und Christian die ebenfalls im Frühjahr 2025 ausziehen werden.
Daher kann man es fast schon als Neugründung betiteln.
Es gibt zusätzlich einen Fahrradkeller sowie ein privates Kellerabteil
