Das Sofa, sowie die grün-grauen Schränke gehören mir, ich nehme sie dementsprechend mit, aber ein Kallax- Regal, sowie ein anderes Schrank werden von Vermieter gestellt. Es bleibt also möbeliert.
Das Zimmer hat außerdem drei großen Fenster und ist dementsprechend hell. Da es sich bei den Haus um einen Altbau handelt, sind die Decken sehr hoch.
Die Wohnung würde in März renoviert, hat somit eine neue Küche und ein neues Bad. Zudem gibt es einen Garten, den wir uns mit 2 anderne WGs teilen.
Die Nebenkosten beinhalten bereits Strom, Heizung und WLAN. Somit kommen keine weiteren versteckten Kosten auf dich zu :)
