Hello,
I live in the apartment currently with my friend. Since I am going to live in Barcelona from January to March, we are looking for a room or room that will be used in our guest room/office.
The apartment and therefore the room is fully equipped/furnished. Hightlight the apartment is the large sun-flooded living room with sofa, dining table, TV and a small French balcony
3min away from the “Neckartor” subway stop at which 5 underground runs. Main station in 10-15min walking distance.
Your roommate will be my friend David (30). He works at the university and is accordingly on the move during the week. On the weekend he likes to watch football with friends in the regular pub around the corner or goes jogging in the nearby castle garden.
Rent includes electricity, internet, GEZ etc.
