Da ich nächstes Semester ins Ausland gehe, vermiete ich mein Zimmer im Campo Novo von Mitte Januar bis Juni unter.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, hat bodentiefe Fenster und eine kleine Terassensituation. Dazu einen schönen Holzboden und Bodenheizung.
Meine persönlichen Gegenstände werde ich natürlich mitnehmen, aber die Möbel würden stehen bleiben.
Die Küche und das Bad sind gut ausgestattet, ebenfalls mit Bodenheizung etc.

Die Straßenbahn ist 3min entfernt, wenn man sich beeilt zwei ;)
Aldi, Rewe etc. sind Fußläufig, per Straßenbahn oder Auto gut erreichbar.

Zum WG-Leben ein kurzer Text von meiner Mitbewohnerin:

Hi, ich bin Miri (22). In meiner Freizeit unternehme ich gerne was mit Freunden, lese Bücher oder schaue gerne TrashTv :)
Wir führen ein sehr entspanntes WG-Leben: Jeder räumt hinter sich selbst auf, respektiert die Ruhe die der andere manchmal braucht und trotzdem quatschen wir gerne mal, in der Küche über Gott und die Welt ☺️ Grundsätzlich ist mir im Wg-Leben eine ehrliche/ offene Kommunikation, Rücksicht und Ordnung wichtig.
