We rent a WG room in our two-room apartment. The room is furnished, so you can get directly as you can see on the photos. We can still provide a cabinet and table if necessary. A few details about the apartment: The apartment itself is totally beautiful. It is very bright, has a beautiful parquet floor, floor heating, floor depth window and an endless long balcony.

The apartment itself consists of two rooms, has a modern kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a new washing machine in the washing machine compartment in the basement and is located in a well maintained residential complex in Degerloch.

You'd have the apartment almost for you, as we use the other room as an office. So you have a bathroom and the kitchen for yourself! The absolute highlight is the endlessly long balcony, which prays to be green again. Maybe you have a green thumb?!

The apartment is in the 1st floor. The complex was rebuilt 11 years ago and is only 5 minutes from the Degerloch-Albstraße underground station. All shops of daily need are within walking distance in 10 minutes. You are at Stuttgart Main Station or at the airport in 15 minutes. Parking is also quite good. Sure, for Rush Hour you can circle for a while until you find a parking lot. Or rent a parking space in the underground garage.

As already described, we ourselves do not live in the WG, but a floor higher:) So you have your rest in the evening. We want to use this one room as an office, we are about to set it up. The second room is waiting for you. Feel free to align it with your wishes. The bed can stay in, but it doesn't have to if you don't like it. Just talk to us, we find a solution. You can go to the kitchen, it's all you need to go. This also applies to the balcony - maybe you want to be active here? We're happy to support you. Otherwise we would like to leave the apartment to you: That means you're cleaning - we're keeping our area clean and who we are, that I can tell you on the phone. So welcome to report, we look forward to your message!

PS: If you like to do with children and could imagine supporting us, you can do this on a mini-job basis (400€/month) very much! We need about 2x in the evening and on weekends (if you are), support. Let's talk about it - we will certainly find a solution. You can also afford the room when you study or do an education.
