Stuttgart Nord is a very sympathetic district. With the U12 you can reach the main railway station in 5 minutes. The stop is 3 minutes from the apartment, the north railway station with S-Bahn stop 8 minutes. This is super practical because you get home with the S-Bahn (at least on weekends) even at night. 😉
For a walk you can reach the Rosensteinpark and the vineyards in a few minutes. There are two bakeries on the Nordbahnhofstraße and Lidl, Edeka, DM and Norma are also within a 5-minute walk.
Since Sarah and me go to other cities after eight years of architectural studies, we will leave the beloved WG. 😢 To make the farewell easier, we are happy to hand over the apartment to your trusted hands.
Mali remains in the WG (34, she/no). She's recently pushed to us, but we've closed her right into our heart. She studies puppet play at HMDK and lives the artist's life in full. She is a very experimental person, tells exciting stories from her student times in Iran and likes to dance persian. Her greatest treasure in the room is her newly acquired electric guitar on which she also practices very diligently, unfortunately mostly so quiet that you hardly get it. She is a very social person and brings great impulses, but also needs a lot of sleep to balance.
Mali is learning German, so we usually speak English in the WG.
Since Sarah has a permanent stay in Berlin only from March, there is still an intermediate renter in the apartment. Hanna works in the Wiezemann in the cultural sector and we perceived it as a very optimistic and interested person. If you want to go after you, you can decide together!
The new constellation will surely find a lot of new and design possibilities. Our previous WG life is very active and warm. We like to spend time together and often chat in the kitchen with a pleasant breakfast or screw up on the sofa with film and popcorn. We are always open to visit and hustle and bustle in the WG, but pay attention to respectful cooperation and open communication.
We have an app as a cleaning plan that we almost always adhere to;) and generally make sure everyone can feel comfortable.
Wir akzeptieren keine rechten Meinungen, oder Diskriminierung und uns ist es wichtig immer respektvoll zu sein und Rücksicht aufeinander zu nehmen.

Room
Our apartment is on the 3rd floor of an old brick building in the north of Stuttgart. The room is 21 m² and has three large windows facing northeast, so you can wake up wonderfully in the morning with the sun. It costs €470 all-inclusive. Since I don't need that much space just for myself, I've set up a living room corner for cozy movie nights with a projector, which I could also leave to you in part if you want to continue like that.
The kitchen has space for a round dining table and is our WG hotspot. The beautiful west-facing balcony is also adjacent to this, where you can catch the last rays of sun in the evening. The inner courtyard, which the balcony opens onto, is quite spacious, green and quiet and can also be used. There is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. There is also a large storage below the roof (for laundry and tinkering) and a basement compartment (for storage).
The atmosphere in the house is good, we get on particularly well with our balcony neighbors.

WG-Leben
Since Sarah and I are moving to other cities after eight years of studying architecture, we will be leaving the beloved flat. 😢 To make the farewell a little easier, we are happy to hand the apartment over to your trustworthy hands.
Mali (34) will be staying with you. She only recently joined us, but we immediately took her into our hearts. She studies puppetry at the HMDK and lives the artist's life to the fullest. She is a very experimental person, tells exciting stories from her student days in Iran and enjoys Persian dancing. Her greatest treasure is her newly acquired electric guitar, which she also practices regularly, unfortunately usually so quietly that you hardly notice it. She is a very sociable person and brings great impulses, but also needs a lot of sleep.
Mali is still learning German, so we mostly speak English in the shared apartment.
Since Sarah won't have a permanent place to live in Berlin until March, there is an interim tenant living in the apartment until then. Hanna works in the cultural sector at Wiezemann and we found her to be a very optimistic and interested person. You can then decide together who will move in after her! :)
The new constellation will certainly bring about a new dynamic and opportunities to redesign. Our WG-Leben so far has been very active and warm. We like to spend time together and often chat in the kitchen over a delicious breakfast or sink into the sofa with a film and popcorn. We are always open to visitors and liveliness, but we make sure that we communicate openly and treat each other with respect.
We have an app as a cleaning schedule that we almost always stick to ;) and generally make sure that everyone feels comfortable.
