I'm currently looking for roommates: inside for the new foundation of a beautiful 4 WG.
There are three rooms with about 18 sqm each available. One of the rooms is slightly smaller than 18sqm and is cold for 550. Each room is cozy and has its own sink.

The apartment is bright and has a large terrace that is perfect for WG parties, relaxed evenings or a cozy morning coffee break. In summer, you can experience your gardening and craftsmanship skills – creativity is not limited!

The spacious kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ideal for shared cooking and social evenings.

Central between Marienplatz and Erwin-Schöttle-Platz.

I am Belinda, 23 years old and working as a youth and home educator. I've only been there since November and I've been looking for roommates: the desire to stay longer and build a nice home with me. About common cooking, games or party evenings as well as good conversations I would be very happy!
