Ab dem 01.02. (in Absprache auch früher) wird mein Zimmer einer 2er-WG im Campo Novo in Stuttgart-Vaihingen frei. Das Zimmer ist bis zum 31.03 als Untermiete ausgeschrieben, die Wohnung muss aber anschließend übernommen werden. Die Miete läuft ab April also über das Campo Novo. Die WG ist vom Wohnheim als reine Männer-WG ausgeschrieben.

Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert mit Bett und Nachttisch, in Absprache aber auch mit weiteren Möbeln. Die Wohnfläche mit Küche (Mikrowelle & Herd) und Bad beträgt 18 qm.

Die Lage ist zentral zur Uni Stuttgart-Vaihingen und zur HdM. Auch in die Innenstadt kommt man schnell und ohne Umstieg. Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle Wallgraben ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In 10 Minuten kommt man zur S-Bahn-Haltestelle Vaihingen.
