Hallo Lieber Interessent,
Wir suchen für unsere 3er WG absofort einen neuen Mitbewohner in Stuttgart Nord. Das zu beziehende Zimmer hat trotz UG Lage sehr viel Tageslicht dank Fensterfront. Die Maße betragen 3m x 4m. Das Zimmer wird leer vermietet, dementsprechend muss selbst möbliert werden. Der Rest der Wohnung ist selbstverständlich möbliert

Die WG ist ruhig gelegen trotz super Lage und Anbindung in die Stadt und ca. 2-3 Laufminuten von der U-Bahn Pragfriedhof. Somit ist man nur 2 Stationen vom Hauptbahnhof und eine Station vom Milaneo entfernt. Zum Einkaufen gibt es mehrer Möglichkeiten auf dem Killesberg oder Milchhof der nicht weit entfernt liegt.

Wir sind eine ruhige WG und setzen uns gerne mal zum Fußball schauen und Bier trinken zusammen ins Wohnzimmer, jedoch sind wir keine WG die jeden Abend zusammen Abend isst. Gelegentlich kommt das aber vor. Ab und an unternehmen wir auch etwas zusammen in der Stadt wozu man jedoch nicht gezwungen ist.
