Hello together,
I offer my room from March to August for a sub-rent!
The room is very bright through two large windows and you can look directly at the beautiful Leibziger Platz! The room is equipped with everything (bed, desk, wardrobe, TV, dresser, mirror)
Furnished and fully equipped apartment with balcony in a 3er-WG (kitchen equipment, vacuum cleaner, washing machine everything available) in Stuttgart west, directly at Leipziger Park, (approximately 1 minute to the bus stop or a few minutes to the S-Bahn/U-Bahn) for a limited rental as shown on the photos.
The cold rental is at 530,00 €
The additional costs (Internet, electricity, gas, garbage etc.) are 100,00 EUR p.P.
In the immediate vicinity are supermarkets, bus stop, subway, main railway station, castle square, city centre and everything you need.

The location is really top!
Our WG is located next to the Leipziger Platz in the West of Stuttgart, where you can relax in summer or go jogging.
The WG is just 2 minutes from Schwabstraße and you'll get to the city centre, central station or university. Cafe/Bars/shopping facilities/restaurants are also available here and can be reached in 5-10 minutes.
A perfect combination of nature and proximity to the city:)
I (Tamara) will begin my practice semester from March and will therefore rent my Wg room for half a year!
Jule and Lilith are currently living with me. Jule studies sports and English at the University of Stuttgart. In her spare time she cooks and bakes and makes a lot of sport. Besides, she's very communicative. Lilith will move out from next year, so her room will be released from February.
Of course, everyone has their own everyday life with study/work, yet we enjoy the WG life. Of course, however, it's completely okay if everyone needs their time for themselves!
To make everyone feel comfortable in the Wg, you should be clean and tidy and clean up tasks like dishwasher, bring garbage out, etc. We don't have a cleaning plan, but everyone takes care that it remains clean :)
