We, Andi & Valentin are looking for reinforcement for our beautiful old building WG in the West of Stuttgart. Your predecessor, after 4 years in the WG, will join her friend. For this reason, we are looking for a rental agent on 15 January.

Your future room is about 17 square meters tall with beautiful old floor and 3m high ceilings. The apartment has a large living room, a dining room, bathroom with separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with cozy loggia. A discount of €500 is to be paid for the facility.

In the middle of the popular Stuttgarter Westen, 5 min to the S-Bahn Schwabstraße and Bus, 7 min to the subway Schwab-/Bebelstraße. Rewe, Edeka, DM, bakers are all in a radius of 5 min running path. Many beautiful restaurants and cafes in a direct environment, e.g. the lumen.

Andi ist berufstätig (Marketing, ca. 60-80% HO) und ich mache ab Februar ein Sabbatical (War davor im Business Development/Innovationsbereich), daher bin ich leider erstmal für drei Monate unterwegs.
Wir sind beide relativ sportlich, Andi spielt Tennis, düst manchmal mit dem Gravel rum und ich fahre Mtb/Enduro und versuche während meiner dreimonatigen Abwesenheit Surf Profi zu werden 🙃
Wir beide gehen auch ins Gym, legen Wert auf ein harmonisches Zusammenleben und sind gut befreundet. Deswegen sind wir ab und an auch abends unterwegs (Bars oder seltener in Richtung elektronischer Musik 😄)
Natürlich entspannen wir auch gemütlich auf dem Sofa oder quatschen in der Küche. Das ist eigentlich die perfekte Mischung zum Wohlfühlen.
Wenn man seine Ruhe braucht, kann man sich jederzeit in sein eigenes Zimmer zurückziehen.
Außerdem ist uns ein gesundes Maß an Ordnung & Sauberkeit wichtig - damit die Wohnung weiterhin so gemütlich & schön zum Wohnen bleibt.

The WG has a cleaning woman who is paid in exchange (i.e. 40€ pp every 3 weeks), which makes the topic cleanliness very relaxed and saves a lot of time :)
