The room is very cozy and has a roof slope. There is a large bed, a desk and a large closet, as well as two small shelves. The room also has a TV. Smaller pieces of furniture, such as the desk and the smaller shelves can be removed on request. The apartment is bright and friendly furnished, there is an open living-dining area to which a small kitchen is connected. DIe kitchen has a small dishwasher. The terasse is large, but at the moment it is more economical. We are still working on this:) There is a large bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a guest toilet, in which washing machine and dryer are also accommodated. In the house there is fortunately an elevator, at the bottom there is also a basement compartment in which you can accommodate, for example, luggage items. In addition, we have a underground garage with attached bicycle cellar and a drying room for laundry, where we always do this in the apartment. In addition, on the ground floor there is a central garbage room which is regularly emptied. The staircase is cleaned once a week by a cleaning company.
The apartment is about 10-15 minutes from Cannstatter Bahnhof and the underground station Wilhelmsplatz. There are various shops nearby (including netto, Cannstatter Carré). The Cannstatter Wasen, the stadium and the Porsche Arena are also very close. It is also very fast at Rosensteinpark and Wilhelma. The Cultural Island and the City Archive are almost right next door.
Here in the apartment we live (Vika, 21 and Sarah 36), already together for almost three years. Vika is a dual study in business informatics. I work in the social field and make a training for the child and adolescent psychotherapist.We are not a pure purpose WG, but everyone has their freedom here as well. We like to eat together and exchange over our day, watch movies or series and occasionally we go to the cinema or do other activities. Good and open communication is very important to us and the agreed agreement is maintained. We are not hygiene freaks, but we value that everyone is cleansing behind and it is quite decent. There's a cleaning plan that changes every week.
