There are two rooms available in the apartment. Both rooms can be removed if required. Room 1 has 1 window. Room 2 has 2 windows. Highlight of the apartment is the spacious roof terrace.
The multi-family house is centrally located in Stuttgart-Vaihingen so that all shops of daily need as well as doctors and public transport can be reached within walking minutes. The University of Stuttgart-Vaihingen is reachable by public transport in 10 minutes, the motorway entrance is located in the immediate vicinity, as well as the open/stop swimming pool and the recreation area.
At present I live alone in the apartment, as my previous roommate has moved out. Now I'm looking for 2 people who want to live in a relaxed and friendly WG. I care about a good relationship. But privacy is also respected – everyone should have their retreat and be comfortable in the apartment. It would be great if you were an open minded and reliable person who appreciates a pleasant mix of community and self-sufficiency.
