The room has 27.5m2 and is located on the south side.
A lot of daylight comes through the large windows.
You have a private balcony access.

I have practiced wallpapering on the back wall, you may have to do it again.
The internet connection is in this room, so here is the router.
I would leave the sofa for free. If there is no need, please indicate.
Otherwise, the lamp and a shelf can be negotiated if necessary.

The apartment is located near the bus stop Fraubronnstraße.
It is only a few minutes to the university, to the city about 35 minutes.
There are about 5 minutes walk away.
On foot you need about 15 minutes to the University of Hohenheim by the beautiful Hohenheim gardens.
In the vicinity there are many parking spaces that are free for everyone without local parks or the like.

Your future roommates are both studying in Hohenheim.
Common aftermath days on the balcony, parties or TMS visits are in there if you like that.

The landlord is pretty relaxed. The Treaty is a Community Treaty, and you would then dispense with my part of the Treaty.

The cost is 525 all inclusive. We are currently exempt from post service. This year we had a small repayment of about 30€. If there are 2025 one, this is almost completely mine.
Deposit was about 3 cold rentals. However, I still have to get in touch, as I do not know the exact amount.
