Hello her loved ones,
in our beautiful WG will be a room up to 15. July 2025 free.
The room is about 22 square meters, moreover bright and with the bevel very nice and cozy. As everywhere in the apartment are also open wooden beams in your room. In the middle, a bar separates the room, which makes it almost two rooms, you can really set up. The room is partially furnished (bed and shelving/shelf can be taken over against detachment).
From now on until 15.7.25 another room is available (https://www.wg-gesucht.de/5691794.html?ma=1).
The apartment has been completely renovated and renovated well 9 years ago, thus combining old building arm with modern and beautiful furnishings. We live on the 5th and 6th floor - of course, on the one hand, it means many steps, but also an outstanding view over the city.
On the 5th floor are our 5 rooms, a toilet and a large bathroom incl. Washing machine and bathtub (see photo).
On the 6th floor is the large open living/dining area with kitchen and another full bathroom. Due to the two bathrooms plus separate toilet there is hardly any time bottlenecks here. The best thing about the WG is certainly our very extensive community area and our outlook, from which every guest was absolutely enthusiastic..
The rent is inclusive of all additional costs (Internet, water, electricity, etc.). Deposit is two months.
The apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Heusteig quarter and therefore very centrally.
There are no 5 minutes to the Wilhelmsplatz, Gerber, the underground and bus stop Austrian Square.
In 10 minutes you will be at Marienplatz or at the Town Hall.
In addition to the Gerber, there is also a Tegut, Rewe and Lidl, located under 500m from the apartment. Packages are always accepted by the opposite kiosk and the caterpillar breakfast on the weekend is secured in the immediate vicinity thanks to Zimt & Zucker, Moustache and Herbertz Espressobar.
Parking is possible as everywhere in Stuttgart city centre with a residential parking card.
We are all relatively tensed by our profession or private and sports activities under the week, but we also like to come together in our large living/dining area to cook or to take one or other cold drink to us. No one has to feel obligated, but of course we are looking forward to a friendly new roommate.
A 5 WG sounds like a lot of hustle and bustle, but by the size of the apartment and the two floors, if required, everyone has more than enough space for themselves. Since we're all pretty much on the go, it can also be that you have the WG for yourself on weekends.
In addition to the joint activities, there are of course also the quiet moments we spend together, like watching movies, playing social games or cooking.
