The apartment is very central. Up to the two nearest bus stops, it is 2-3 minutes' walk. The city centre or Stuttgart Main Station can be reached in 2 or 3 stations (depending on which station you are heading). Rewe, Norma, Aldi etc. are within walking distance in 5 to 10 minutes. The Ostend Square is about 10 minutes' walk away, and the Villa Berg with the adjoining castle garden is about 15 minutes away.

You would live with Tomasz (25 years, student) who has just been involved and with Lennard (29 years, active in the media sector). To date, I have perceived the coexistence in the WG as super relaxed and uncomplicated, where everyone can enjoy their free spaces. Since, however, two of three rooms were newly awarded or to be forgiven with you, you have certain spaces to organize yourselves here according to your ideas.
