Your room is 11qm2 with a built-in bunk bed (so there is a lot of storage space for your stuff:)). The room is of course not the largest, but is nicely bright and has a good cut (see pictures). You can always make it cozy!
The 460 € are the total rental. Here is heating, electricity, GEZ and all other NK
Our apartment is located on the parallel road to Theodor-Heuss-Straße - right at the S-Bahnstation Stadtmitte. You can reach everything important on foot. In so far less than 10 minutes you are also really mega relaxed right next supermarket.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind keine Zweck-WG sondern genießen die gegenseitige Gesellschaft. Gemeinsames verzehren von vielen lecker Bierchen und anderen Schleckereien (gemeinsames kochen) steht des Öfteren auf dem WG-Plan, wobei natürlich jeder auch sein eigenes Ding machen kann. Außerdem verbringen wir gerne Zeit auf unserem Balkon (insbesondere wenn es wärmer ist) und machen öfters Filmabende an unserer Leinwand. Allgemein sind wir ein bunter Haufen, bei dem immer was los ist. Irgendjemand macht bei uns immer irgendwas bei dem man sich immer mit anschließen kann, wenn man gerade selber nichts geplant hat. Es wird also definitiv nicht langweilig, so viel können wir versprechen :) Besuch wird selbstverständlich auch immer gerne empfangen!
Die WG Konstellation besteht derzeit aus:
Jakob (29), Gabriel (21), Carla (22) und Emily (21).
Ab Anfang Februar gibt es außerdem einen neuen Mitbewohner/eine neue Mitbewohnerin für Phillip, der dann sein Auslandspraktikum antritt.
