Zwei Straßen höher sind bereits Weinberge und ein wunderschönes Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Nächster Lebensmittelladen (Netto) ca. 1,2 km (15min zu Fuss in der Nähe der U-Bahn Haltestelle). Eine Straße mit Döner, Asia Lebensmittelladen, Asia-Imbiss und viele weitere ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

In Feuerbach-City leben viele Nationalitäten, viel Angebot an Gastronomie, Lebensmittelläden und Ausgehmöglichkeiten.

Der Weg in die Stadtmitte (Schlossplatz) beträgt mitsamt dem Fußweg zur nächsten U-Bahn Station rund 20-25 Minuten. Gehobene, gutbürgerliche Umgebung, sehr ruhig, Parkmöglichkeiten mit PKW sind gut. Nur 10 Minuten zur nächsten Autobahnauffahrt.

Two streets up are already vineyards and a beautiful landscape conservation area. Next grocery shop (Netto) approx. 1.2 km (15 min walk near the underground station). A street with a kebab shop, Asian grocery shop, Asian snack bar and many more can be reached on foot in approx. 15 minutes.

Many nationalities live in Feuerbach-City, with a wide range of restaurants, grocery shops and nightlife options.

The walk to the city centre (Schlossplatz) takes around 20-25 minutes, including the walk to the nearest underground station. Upscale, bourgeois surroundings, very quiet, good car parking facilities. Only 10 minutes to the next motorway access.

Die Hausbewohner im gesamten Haus sind überwiegend UkrainerInnen, viele sprechen Englisch und Deutsch. In der Wohnung lebt auch ein umgänglicher Deutscher. Die Ausstattung der Küche und Toilette sind einfach und funktional. Es wird wert auf ein möglichst harmonisches Miteinander gelegt. Diverse Pflichten welche zu einer WG und Wohnung gehören sind deshalb mitzutragen. Die meisten Mitbewohner leben schon über ein Jahr hier, sind hilfsbereit und umgänglich.

The residents in the entire building are predominantly Ukrainian, many also speak English and German. A sociable German also lives in the flat. The kitchen and toilet facilities are simple and functional. The emphasis is on harmonious coexistence. Various duties that belong to a flat share and flat are therefore to be shared. Most of the flatmates have lived here for over a year and are helpful and sociable.
