Your future home is a 3.5 bedroom apartment in the immediate vicinity of the city center, the main railway station and all traffic connections. She was completely refurbished and is waiting to be covered by you. The WG is a new foundation.
The newly renovated apartment has an elevator, which makes it easier for you to get to the 2nd floor. You have a wonderful view. The special thing about it: For Stuttgart's city center conditions it is very quiet because the apartment is located in a backyard that is only used by the surrounding houses.

If you leave the front door, you will be at the first underground station (Uff-Kirchhoff) in a maximum of 20 seconds. The Metro stop Daimlerplatz and the S-Bahn stop Bad Cannstatt and Nuremberger Straße are also within walking distance.
