Rooms
The room is located in the EC of the house and has direct access to the garden via a small balcony. It has about 17m2 and a large, floor depth window. If desired, I would like to leave you some of my furniture. We can clarify the details in your performance.
Otherwise, the house has two floors, each with a toilet and a total of two bathrooms. In the EC we have a kitchen. Although we are victorious, it won't be tight. We have a dishwasher, a washing machine and two large refrigerators. There is also the possibility to place bicycles in the basement.
Location
The location is hammer!
5 min walk to subway (Fauststraße) and S-Bahn (Österfeld). From there you are in 15 minutes at the main station and in 10 minutes in downtown. To the university/HdM you drive 5-7 min (depending on how icy you have it;)) by bike. In about 10 minutes you are walking in nature, you can make extensive walks or go jogging.
The residential area is quiet, our neighbours are all very relaxed. Around us are many detached houses. Our large garden is an absolute dream in summer! Here you can sun, play with the other Mölki or Spikeball, garden, grill, make yoga, chill in the hammock, etc.
To the Vaihinger outdoor swimming pool (Rosental), which is very beautiful and large, it is also just 10 minutes by bike.
There are also shops in the morning. 5 min walk there is the first baker. In 10 min walk you can reach the Schwabengalerie, where you will find everything your heart desires (DM, Aldi, Kaufland Tchibo, Thalia, Apotheke, mehr Bäcker, etc.).
Otherwise there is also an Edeka, a Müller and another two bakers at the Schillerplatz (also 10 min walk).
WG life
We have an unavoidable and uncomplicated WG life. Every Tuesday we meet and talk, play social games, watch movies, play Wii, eat together or discuss important WG-Sachen. Under the week, everyone has their own life and their own dates, but there are always spontaneous gatherings in the kitchen when cooking or in the hallway or when washing. With 7 people, there's always someone there to talk to. In summer we go to the outdoor swimming pool or grill in the garden.
We are all different and still have some common denominators. Here you will find an open ear behind some door, a workout buddy or a backfee. We complement each other well:)
