Hello together,
I would like to inform you about a highly furnished room in a fully furnished apartment. The room has an extensive equipment, including
- a bed with mattress,
- desk with chair,
- cabinet, mirror, TV with smart function,
as well as the use of kitchen equipment, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment is very stylish and corresponds exactly to the photos you have already seen.

The total price is flat € 490, without additional costs. This price includes the equipment, internet rate (DSL-200.000), TV and GEZ, electricity, gas, garbage collection etc. In addition, the apartment is cleaned 2-3 times a month by a cleaning aid, although there is a cleaning plan in the WG to ensure that the apartment meets our standards.

The apartment has a living room/common room with table and chairs. The central location also offers good parking facilities.

The apartment consists of two originally separate apartments, which were converted into a larger unit. The premises extend over two floors.

On the first floor there are four people sharing a bathroom. Each person has its own WG room.

The second apartment is accessible via a staircase and houses three residents with private bathrooms.
There is also a kitchen and a common room in this unit.

This apartment is very central, in the middle of Stuttgart, and offers you a variety of amenities right in front of the front door.

The main railway station, Theodor-Heuss-Straße and Königstraße are in close proximity and can easily be reached shortly. This means that you have excellent connections to public transport and can easily explore the city.

In addition, you will find numerous shops, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and excursions in the immediate vicinity. Whether you want to spend a cozy evening in a restaurant or have a drink in one of the nearby bars - there is something for every taste.

Not to be forgotten are the relatively good parking options available to you. Even if you are travelling by car, you will have no problems finding a parking space in a radius of 300 meters.

So if you are looking for an apartment in Stuttgart that offers comfort, convenience and a first-class location, then this community is just right for you.

We understand that it can sometimes be hectic, but a certain basic order is important to us all.

We would like to emphasise that we do not have a turkey and we do not want to achieve perfect cleanliness. Rather, we all feel comfortable and respectful in our common spaces.
