We are looking for an open, cumbersome and tolerant new WG roommate who feels comfortable with us in the apartment.

To us
We are Simon, 24 years of Parkti at Sony, Tashin, 22 years, Azubi at SWR, Sport enthused and Farheen, 29 years, IT consultant, travel very much, live in the WG since August 2023.

Above all, we are important to a nice coexistence, openness and tolerance. Our WG is a place where you can feel comfortable, where you can cook, talk or do something together.

A few facts about your new WG room:
The approximately 15 sqm room has a large balcony door with additional window, so that the south-west orientation gives a lot of brightness to your room. The furnished room includes a bed with mattress, a large genuine wood cabinet for a lot of storage space and a desk including a desk chair.

You have a lot of storage space in the closets.
In summer you can make it comfortable on the balcony with south-west orientation and have a super view of the green.


A few facts to the apartment:
The floor heating in the newly renovated bathroom and the well-equipped kitchen gives the apartment a very pleasant character.

The kitchen is equipped with high-quality electronic appliances, such as stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine and a dryer are also available.
You can use 2 suitcases:)

Park situation!!!
It is very good and practical that you can apply for a resident parking card here. This makes parking so much easier and cheaper! I speak from experience:)

Not to forget is the garden. The garden is located behind the house and can be shared by all housers.

The additional cost package includes water, heating, garbage, house cleaning, basic tax, electricity, washing machine, EBK.

wir freuen uns darüber dich hoffentlich bald als unser zukünftiges WG-Mitglied begrüßen zu können.

Wir suchen einen offenen, umgänglichen und toleranten neuen WG-Mitbewohner, der sich bei uns in der Wohnung wohlfühlt.

Zu uns
Wir sind Simon, 24 Jahre Parkti bei Sony, Tashin, 22 Jahre, Azubi beim SWR, Sport begeistert und Farheen, 29 Jahre, IT-Beraterin, reise sehr gerne, wohne seit August 2023 in der WG.

Uns sind vor allem ein nettes Miteinander wichtig, Aufgeschlossenheit und Toleranz. Unsere WG ist ein Ort an dem man sich wohlfühlen kann, an dem man auch mal gerne gemeinsam kochen, quatschen oder unternehmen kann.

Ein paar Facts zu deinem neuen WG-Zimmer:
Das ca. 15 qm große Zimmer verfügt über eine große Balkontür mit zusätzlichem Fenster, sodass durch die Süd-West Ausrichtung viel Helligkeit in dein Zimmer gelangt. Das möblierte Zimmer umfasst ein Bett mit Matratze, einen großen Echtholzschrank für viel Stauraum und einen Schreibtisch inklusive Schreibtischstuhl.

Du hast eine Menge Stauraum in den Schränken.
Im Sommer kannst du es dir auf dem Balkon mit Süd-West Ausrichtung gemütlich machen und hast einen super Ausblick ins Grüne.


Ein paar Facts zur Wohnung:
Die Fußbodenheizung im neu renovierten Badezimmer und der gut ausgestatteten Küche verleihen der Wohnung einen sehr angenehmen Charakter.

Die Küche ist mit hochwertigen elektronischen Geräten, wie Herd, Backofen, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Ebenso stehen eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur Verfügung.
Man kann quasi mit 2 Koffern einziehen:)

Parksituation!!!
Es ist sehr gut und praktisch, dass du dir hier einen Bewohnerparkausweis beantragen kannst. Das macht das Parken so viel einfacher und günstiger! Ich spreche aus Erfahrung :)

Nicht zu vergessen ist der Garten. Der Garten liegt hinter dem Haus und kann von allen Hausbewohnern gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden.

In der Nebenkostenpauschale sind Wasser, Heizung, Müll, Hausreinigung, Grundsteuer, Strom, Waschmaschine, EBK enthalten.
