The apartment is located in the middle of Vaihingen in a 30s zone, so it is usually very quiet here
and you will always find free parking around the house. Next
shopping center is about 5 minutes, there is a baker over the dm, a pharmacy and
Kaufland really has everything you need. The HdM takes about 15 minutes
Foot, to the University of Stuttgart about 20 minutes. If you don't want to run, you can also run the bus
take from our road both towards the city center and railway station and direction
Uni drives. S- and U-Bahn are also accessible by foot. In addition to regular buses stops
by the way, also the night bus directly from Stuttgart City near our front door :).

Bad und Küche sind jeweils voll ausgestattet, neben Badewanne, Kühlschrank, Ofen, Herd und
Spülmaschine haben wir auch eine eigene Waschmaschine im Keller des mehrstöckigen Hauses.
Hier gibt es insgesamt fünf WGs, in den meisten wohnen Studierende oder Berufstätige zwischen
20 und 30 Jahren
LAGE
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Vaihingen in einer 30er Zone, deshalb ist es hier meistens sehr ruhig
und man findet immer kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten rund ums Haus. Zum nächsten
Einkaufszentrum geht man ca 5 Minuten, dort ist vom Bäcker über den dm, eine Apotheke und
Kaufland wirklich alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Zur HdM braucht man ca. 15 Minuten zu
Fuß, zur Uni Stuttgart etwa 20 Minuten. Wer nicht laufen möchte, kann aber auch den Bus
nehmen, der aus unserer Straße sowohl Richtung Stadtzentrum und Bahnhof als auch Richtung
Uni fährt. S- und U-bahn sind ebenso fußläufog zu erreichen. Neben den regulären Bussen hält
übrigens auch der Nachtbus direkt aus Stuttgart City fast vor unserer Haustüre :).
