Mein Zimmer ist Richtung Süden ausgerichtet und durch zwei große Fenster schön hell. Außerdem ist es sehr geräumig und du hättest hier genug Stauraum und Stellmöglichkeiten. Die angebende qm-Zahl ist ein Schätzwert. In Wirklichkeit ist er etwas größer.
Die anderen beiden Zimmer werden momentan von Marcello als Arbeits-, Gäste- und Wäschetrocknen-Zimmer genutzt. Und bisher hab auch ich immer meine Wäsche hier aufhängen dürfen :). Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und du hättest hier ein komplettes Regal für dich selbst und im Flur noch weiteren Stauraum für Vorräte oder Ähnliches.
Das Highlight an der Wohnung ist die Nähe zum Schlossgarten. Du bist in kürzester Zeit hier, kannst spazieren gehen, Freunde treffen oder einfach nur entspannen.

An sich ist es hier ein entspanntes Miteinander und man muss sich zu keinen gemeinsamen Events gezwungen fühlen. Wenn es sich jedoch ergibt, wird es auch offen angenommen.
Zwecks Putzplan: Es gibt keinen, aber es wird viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Verantwortung gelegt. Also man sollte eben Rücksicht nehmen und sich gegenseitig unterstützen.
