Bright, central, unfurnished room in Non-Zweck-WG (fast in downtown and yet close to nature) Helles, zentrales, unmöbliertes Zimmer in Nicht-Zweck-WG (schnell in der Innenstadt und trotzdem naturnah)

The location is great. Vineyard behind the house, walking fast at the Neckar, but still a great connection to the ÖPNV.

The stop Obere Ziegelei with U2, U19 and the bus lines 54, 58, night bus N5 is 2min away. To the S-Bahn station Sommerrain (S2, S3) you drive 2 stations by bus. The train station Bad Cannstatt/Wilhelmsplatz, with connection to S1, S2, S3, regional trains, further subway and bus lines, is about 5min by metro.

Aldi, Lidl, Rewe and Bakers are about 5 minutes walk away.
In our house there is another WG and a single man.

Die Lage ist super. Weinberg hinter dem Haus, zu Fuß schnell am Neckar, aber trotzdem eine super Anbindung an den ÖPNV.
Bitte schaue dir auf Google Maps die Lage der WG an, bevor du uns kontaktierst. Wir sind von der Innenstadt 15min mit der U-Bahn entfernt.

Die Haltestelle Obere Ziegelei mit U2, U19 und den Buslinien 54, 58, Nachtbus N5 ist 2min entfernt. Zu der S-Bahn Station Sommerrain (S2, S3) fährt man 2 Stationen mit dem Bus. Den Bahnhof Bad Cannstatt/Wilhelmsplatz, mit Anschluss an S1, S2, S3, Regionalzüge, weitere U-Bahn und Buslinien, erreicht du in ca. 5min mit der U-Bahn.

Aldi, Lidl, Rewe und Bäcker sind ca. 5min zu Fuß entfernt.
In unserem Haus wohnt noch eine weitere WG und ein alleinstehender Mann.

Stella (28) and Philip (30) and Niklas (26) live in the WG. Stella pulls out, so you'd take over her room.
Niklas works as a teacher. In his spare time he likes to meet with friends or sports.
Philip is a landscape gardener and therefore a lot on site at work.

We have a friendly WG life. With us usually the doors are open and a sofa invites you to take a seat or you meet for chatting in the kitchen.
We also like to meet for a game night.
Guests are always welcome. If you need time for yourself, just close your room door.
So if you're looking for a purpose WG, you're wrong with us.

In der WG wohnen aktuell Stella (28) und Philip (30) und Niklas (26). Stella zieht aus, somit würdest du ihr Zimmer übernehmen.
Niklas arbeite als Lehrer. In seiner Freizeit trifft er sich gerne mit Freunden oder macht Sport.
Philip ist Landschaftsgärtner und deshalb viel vor Ort auf Arbeit.

Wir haben ein freundschaftliches WG-Leben. Bei uns stehen meistens die Türen offen und ein Sofa lädt zum Platz nehmen ein oder man trifft sich zum quatschen in der Küche.
Wir treffen uns auch gerne zu einem Spieleabend.
Gäste sind bei uns immer willkommen. Wer Zeit für sich braucht, schließt einfach seine Zimmertüre.
Wenn du also eine Zweck-WG suchst, bist du bei uns falsch.

Wlan, electricity and gas are already included in the additional costs. The cost of electricity and gas depends on the price development. We have a cleaning plan that is done at regular intervals.

The 120€ detachment is made up of 70€ for the washing machine, 25€ for the Internet router, 5€ for the internet contract takeover and 20€ for microwave, toaster, tumble dryer, kettle and badmülleimer (all bought two months ago).
The washing machine is less than 1 year old and the new router was delivered two months ago. The internet contract had to be changed since the old contract was still on a former roommate until November.

Wlan, Strom und Gas sind bereits in den Nebenkosten inbegriffen. Die Kosten für Strom und Gas sind abhängig von der Preisentwicklung. Wir haben einen Putzplan, welcher in regelmäßigen Abständen erledigt wird.

Die Ablöse in Höhe von 120€ setzt sich aus 70€ für die Waschmaschine, 25€ für den Internetrouter, 5€ für die Internetvertragsübernahme und 20€ für Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wäschetrockner, Wasserkocher und Badmülleimer (alles vor zwei Monaten gekauft) zusammen.
Die Waschmaschine ist weniger als 1 Jahr alt und der neue Router wurde vor zwei Monaten geliefert. Der Internetvertrag musste gewechselt werden, da der alte Vertrag noch bis November auf eine ehemalige Mitbewohnerin lief.
