Your new room is beautiful and bright with about 21 square meters. The room is cut square and has a large window.
Our apartment has a total of about 93 sqm, we have four rooms and thus a common dining and living room. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, so it is no problem when friends are visiting:)
The kitchen is well equipped, it's all you need, the toilet and the shower are separated, so you don't get in the morning;)
A washing machine is also available.
The location of the apartment is top, one minute to the bus stop Ressestraße and four minutes to the Plieningen Post stop.
15 minutes walk to the University of Hohenheim through the beautiful botanical garden.
It takes about 30 minutes to get the public to the city centre of Stuttgart, direct connection to the city centre by night bus.
On foot: net, pharmacy, bakers, various restaurants and right across the street from a pizza shop and a döner shop.
The room is free from 1.3 and is rented unfurnished.
The location is really top due to the proximity to the university and the botanical garden. Especially for learning it is very quiet with a beautiful atmosphere.
The rent with everything is 400 €. The deposit is one-time 750 €.
We are looking for a roommate who is planning to move in here in the long term (min. 1 year) and please no short term exchange of students.

Dein neues Zimmer ist mit etwa 21 qm schön und hell. Das Zimmer ist quadratisch geschnitten und hat ein großes Fenster.
Unsere Wohnung hat insgesamt ca. 93 qm, wir haben vier Zimmer und somit ein gemeinsames Ess- und Wohnzimmer. Im Wohnzimmer steht auch eine Schlafcouch, es ist also kein Problem, wenn mal Freunde zu Besuch sind :)
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es ist alles da was man braucht, Toilette und Dusche sind räumlich getrennt, so kommt man sich morgens auch nicht in die Quere ;)
Eine Waschmaschine ist natürlich auch vorhanden.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist top, eine Minute zur Bushaltestelle Ressestraße und vier Minuten zur Haltestelle Plieningen Post.
15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Uni Hohenheim durch den schönen botanischen Garten.
Ca. 30 Minuten braucht man mit den Öffentlichen in die Innenstadt Stuttgart, direkte Anbindung mit Nachtbus aus der Innenstadt.
Zu Fuß erreichbar: Netto, Apotheke, Bäcker, diverse Restaurants und direkt gegenüber ein Pizzladen und eine Dönerbude.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1.3 frei und wird unmöbiliert vermietet.
Durch die Nähe zur Uni und zum botanischen Garten ist die Lage wirklich top. Gerade zum Lernen ist es sehr ruhig mit einer schönen Atmosphäre.
Die Miete mit allem drum und dran beträgt 400€. Die Kaution beträgt einmalig 750€.
Wir suchen einen/eine Mitbewohner/-in, der/die vor hat langfristig hier einzuziehen(min. 1 Jahr) und bitte keine kurzfristigen Semesteraustausch Studenten.
