The popular Marienplatz is two minutes' walk away. There are great bars, cafes and restaurants as well as a metro station (Marienplatz) with bus connection. The nearest S-Bahn station (lake of fire) is about 13 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by bus.

Also two fitness studios and pharmacies are just around the corner. There are also many direct shopping options, such as 2 REWE (open until 24 o'clock), net, Lidl, DM and natural goods.

If one of the trubles and the offer at the Marienplatz is not enough, one is within 10 minutes on the Gerberviertel or 15 minutes on the Königsstraße.

Der beliebte Marienplatz ist zwei Gehminuten entfernt. Dort gibt es tolle Bars, Cafès und Restaurants sowie eine U-Bahn-Station (Marienplatz) mit Busanbindung. Zur nächsten S-Bahnstation (Feuersee) sind es ca. 13 Minuten zu Fuß bzw. 4 min mit dem Bus.

Auch zwei Fitnessstudios und Apotheken sind direkt um die Ecke. Weiterhin gibt es viele direkte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie beispielsweise 2 REWE (bis 24 Uhr geöffnet), Netto, Lidl, DM und Naturgut.

Wenn einem der Trubel und das Angebot am Marienplatz nicht reicht, ist man innerhalb von 10 Gehminuten am Gerberviertel bzw. 15 min auf der Königsstraße.

We are currently living in our great apartment, but Lukas has to leave Stuttgart due to the job and therefore pulls out.
In short, we are:

- Julian (27, PhD Student, Hobby-Bastler, is registered for nen Halbmarathon, has bought a lot to expensive running shoes and hopefully also uses them again soon)
- Mary (25, media informatics student, knows all on-going football trainers, has the matching colorful socks parat)
- Valeria (25, Freelancerin, just got her master behind, hobby cook, would like to have an entire artistic need)

As a mare and professional, we change a lot between university, home office and office in everyday life. In the evening we like to sit together, talk and let our day revue together. Also for common (vegetarian) cooking, Netflix, football look, game evenings, demo signs paint or a "private sneak preview" on our beamer we are always to have. As soon as the temperature allows, we often find ourselves chilling together or with friends in a party drink or ice on the roof. One of our hobbies is also to browse classifieds. For example, we were able to organize a table stool, kitchen cabinets and a pizza oven for the WG.

So we are not a purpose WG and are looking for an open-minded person who likes to get involved in the WG life. Everything can, nothing has to! Of course, you can also relax in your own room if you need rest or have learning/work stress.

In addition, it is important to us that you as a roommate also bring a certain degree of identity and cleanliness. We are not the biggest cleaning professionals, but with our cleaning plan it works well 😊

Wir wohnen aktuell zu viert in unserer tollen Wohnung, Lukas muss jobbedingt Stuttgart allerdings verlassen und zieht daher aus.
Kurz zu uns, wir sind:

- Julian (27, PhD Student, Hobby-Bastler, ist für nen Halbmarathon angemeldet, hat sich dafür viel zu teure Laufschuhe gekauft und verwendet sie hoffentlich auch bald wieder)
- Mary (25, Medieninformatik Studentin, kennt alle on-going Fußball-Tranfers, hat zu jedem Outfit die passenden bunten Socken parat)
- Valeria (25, Freelancerin, hat gerade ihren Master hinter sich gebracht, Hobby-Köchin, würde am liebsten einen gesamten Künstlerbedarf besitzen)

Als Studis und Berufstätige wechseln wir im Alltag viel zwischen Uni, Homeoffice und dem Büro. Abends sitzen wir gerne zusammen, unterhalten uns und lassen gemeinsam unseren Tag Revue passieren. Auch für gemeinsames (vegetarisches) Kochen, Netflix, Fußball schauen, Spieleabende, Demoschilder malen oder eine "Private Sneak Preview" auf unserem Beamer sind wir immer zu haben. Sobald die Temperatur es zulassen, findet man uns auch oft zusammen oder mit Freund*innen bei einem Feierabendgetränk oder Eis auf dem Dach chillen. Eines unserer Hobbies ist es außerdem, auf Kleinanzeigen zu stöbern. So konnten wir unter anderem einen Tischkicker, Küchenschränke und einen Pizzaofen für die WG organisieren.

Wir sind somit also keine Zweck-WG und suchen eine aufgeschlossene Person, die Lust hat, sich im WG-Leben einzubringen. Alles kann, nichts muss! Man kann sich natürlich auch entspannt ins eigene Zimmer zurückziehen, wenn man mal Ruhe braucht oder z.B. Lern-/Arbeitsstress hat.

Zudem ist es uns wichtig, dass du als Mitbewohner*in auch ein gewisses Maß an Ordentlichkeit und Sauberkeitsempfinden mitbringst. Wir sind zwar auch nicht die größten Putzprofis, aber mit unserem Putzplan klappt es ganz gut 😊

Über alles andere können wir dann sehr gerne persönlich quatschen!

Die Nebenkosten beinhaltet neben den normalen Nebenkosten (Strom, Gas, Wasser, Müll) bereits alle anfallenden Zusatzkosten, wie Internet, GEZ und Puffer für WG-Anschaffungen. Vertraglich wird es für dich einen Untermietvertrag geben, es gibt eine*n Hauptmieter*in.
