Das Zimmer ist voll möbiliert und frisch saniert.
Wir haben eine neue Küche, mit einem neuen Wachtrockner und neuer Spülmaschine.
Liegt 3min Fußweg von der U-Bahnstation Wangener-/Landhausstraße entfernt. Von dieser Station sind es nur noch 10min bis zum Stuttgarter Hauptbahnhof.
Entspanntes WG-Leben mit 2 sauberen Mitbewohnern. Man respektiert gegenseitig seine Privatsphäre, dennoch ist es keine ZweckWG und man kann auch gut miteinander Zeit verbringen und reden. Wir haben einen Putzplan, dadurch ist es immer sehr sauber, weil jede Woche einmal geputzt wird.
